We offer personalised, one-to-one support to help you explore your goals, boost your confidence, and take the next step – whether that’s into further education, training, apprenticeships, volunteering, work experience, or employment.

What we offer:

• One-to-one coaching with a youth worker

• Tailored support with applications, interviews, and next steps

How it works: Refer yourself to us, and we’ll book an initial consultation to find out what support you need.

From there, you’ll receive 121 sessions and have access to workshops and groups – all designed to help you reach your goal, whatever that may be.

The Mix has been successfully supporting young people in the district for over a decade, offering services for young people all free of charge. This includes 121 mentoring, help getting into work, education or training, violence against women and girl’s groups, open access drop ins, holiday activities, support in secondary schools, and SEN support.

The Mix is open weekdays and some evenings.

Support through the Together Project will be between 9am-5pm weekdays.
