Monthly Meeting, Martlesham Heath Aviation Society Friday 5th April 2024 at 7:30 p.m.

Our next talk on Friday 5th April 2024 at 7:30pm. is called “Flight over the Andes” when Terry Holloway presents stories of his love of flying, including his adventures whilst in the R.A.F.
He says: “While serving as a Royal Air Force Group Captain I led an expedition to Chile in 1995 and became the first Englishman to fly from Chile to Argentina, over the Andes by Mount Aconcagua .
I have been flying for 62 years and have amassed 10,000 flying hours in 201 different aircraft types. My first solo was in a glider at Christchurch on the 21st March 1961”

The talk takes place at The Martlesham Heath Community Centre, Felixstowe Road, Martlesham IP12 4PB. No need to book – just turn up and pay at the Door.
