First Steps Health Walk

Join our FREE short walk, led by friendly volunteers.   We meet at  the entrance to Castle Park by the Link Road car park, CM23 2EL   This walk is ideal for people who want to get back into walking after injury or illness.    There is a volunteer at the front and one at the back ensuring the pace is suitable for all.  We all stay together.  There is no need to book, just drop by on the day.   Call 01992 555888 to speak to a member of the team.
