Fancy having a go at lawn bowls? Now’s your chance!
Bishop’s Stortford Bowling Club, off Beldams Lane, stages its annual open days over the weekend of the 8-9th April (10am-4pm).
All ages are welcome and no appointment is necessary – just turn up and have a go. You will need to wear trainers, but bowls are available to borrow. Coaching is provided.
Refreshments are on hand and there is ample parking in the club’s Bowling Lane car park.
