This is an accessible small group introduction to the liberating practice of Mindfulness Meditation. We will meet weekly. If you have never meditated before or if you have a meditation practice but would like some support and to deepen your practice, this course is for you.
Talks will introduce you to a variety of meditation practices and how to approach difficulties and challenges. It will provide you with everything you need to establish your own mindfulness practice should you wish to do so.
