Welcome to the February 2023 edition of The Bury St Edmunds Flyer. This edition of the Bury St Edmunds Flyer this month we hear about Bury St. Edmunds Model Railway Club who will be holding their Spring Exhibition in Bury Town Centre. And we also hear from local charities, schools and businesses.
Bury St. Edmunds Model Railway Club to Hold Spring Exhibition in Bury Town Centre
Bury St. Edmunds Model Railway Club is to hold a spring model railway exhibition in the town centre of Bury St. Edmunds for the first time in many years.
The exhibition will be held in the historic Bury Guildhall on Guildhall Street on Saturday the 25th of March. Doors will be open from 10AM until 4PM. There will be fourteen model railway layouts in several scales on display and operating. The exhibition will also include stalls from fourteen model railway vendors who will offer a wide range of model railway and railway related goods.
A visit to the exhibition will also provide an opportunity to see the only remaining original World War 2 operations room still existing in the country which is also housed in the Guildhall. We wish to thank the Guildhall for providing such a beautiful and historic venue for this exhibition.
