Pride Blooms

Join Suffolk pride for a vigil on The Cornhill, this event will include speeches from local charities and organisations, and a choir performance from Elizabeth Hospice before ending with a march through the town.

As part of Pride Blooms, we substitute candles for flowers which will later be arranged to be donated to local care homes, and hospices. Please be mindful of the environment and do not bring wrappings or plastic.

If you’re joining us at Pride Blooms please wear bright colours, or florals, bring flowers, signs, and flags. When travelling to and from this event, think safe travel together.

If you’re remaining in town, please check out one of the Safe Spaces to decompress, stay safe and/or socialise before going home if you’re not joining us for Rainbow Friday.

This event will have a BSL interpreter, the cornhill is an accessible venue space.
