Hertfordshire Health Walk – First Steps in Sele Farm

Join us on a short walk through Sele Farm taking in some lovely green spaces.  This social Health Walk is led by trained volunteers and meets outside Calton Court flexicare scheme on Windsor Drive, Hertford SG14 2EG every Thursday at 10am.  There will be a volunteer at the front and back so everyone stays together and is able to walk and talk.    Wheel chair and buggy users are welcome
