Chris Sims Live at Hertford Corn Exchange
Local artist Chris Sims is set to perform a headline show with his band at The Corn Exchange Hertford on March 18th of this year. Chris is an independent country/pop/rock artist who grew up in Broxbourne. He has shared the stage and festivals with artists such as Fatherson, Jamie Lenman, Rasorlight and more. In 2019 he was personally selected by Australian Singer/Songwriter Jacob Lee to be main support for his Sold Out Debut London headline. Since then Chris has gone on to sell out his own London and Hertford headline shows. He made his BBC Introducing debut with his song ‘Raise it Up’ in 2021. He is also the lead guitar player for Cameron Sanderson. Enjoying working with the best of local talent Chris is joined on stage with local performer singer/songwriter Anna Wells (keyboard) as well as Dominic Archer (Bass) Kristian Bayford (Drums) and former Thousand Thoughts guitarist Jack Botterill (Guitar).
On March 18th Chris along with his band promises a show of the finest entertainment, with love ballads, country head boppers and pop songs of Pirates and carpe diem. Also performing on the 18th is local artist Cedar Rose Johnson and Essex Country artist Louise Parker.
