SUMMARY:Free Lunchtime Event – Shingle Street Folk Band
DESCRIPTION:Shingle Street Folk Band are experienced choral singers and their repertoire ranges from the traditional to the modern, songs from both sea and land and from these islands to more distant shores. \nThey will perform on Tuesday 21 March in the Library from 12.45 to 1.30pm. Attendance is free of charge, although donations to the work of the Friends of Woodbridge Library (FOWL) will be welcome. FOWL is currently saving up to help the Library to refurbish its tremendously popular children’s area. \nThe Band’s members are Stephen Harding (guitar), Peter Taylor (mandolin), Jane Burn (violin and accordion) and Christine Pearce (percussion and dulcimer).
