SUMMARY:Painting an Acrylic Landscape Classes with David Pasfield
DESCRIPTION:David Pasfield will be offering two classes on painting a landscape in acrylic for members of the Dunmow Art Group at the end of February and Beginning of March.\nDavid is a successful local artist now working mainly in acrylic.   He has been painting since leaving school but has had no formal art training.  An experienced tutor and demonstrator, he paints in acrylics and watercolours in a bold and vibrant style.  For these lessons, David will use an underpainting technique with acrylics to apply a first impression painting followed by a texture build-up using a palette knife with heavy body acrylics/gel in an impasto style, completing the painting within the evening session.\nThe classes will be held for two hours between 1pm and 3pm on Monday 23rd February and Monday 2nd March 2026 in the Foakes Hall in Great Dunmow.  The cost is £1 for members of Dunmow Art Group and £10 for non-members.\nDunmow Art Group has a long history of supporting artists and art lovers in and around Dunmow and has a regular programme of weekly art meetings and monthly visiting artists.\n
