DESCRIPTION:More than simply a folk-singer, multi-award winning singer-songwriter and musician, Jim, is an all-round entertainer. His beautiful singing, moving ballads, hilarious ditties and everything in between draw from the traditional and contemporary repertoire, his own compositions, and settings of poems by his relative, Cornish poet Charles Causley. All served with a gurt dollop of Westcountry humour.\nThe Everyman Folk Club is a non-profit community organisation which aims to promote traditional and modern folk music in Suffolk, England. It meets on the last Friday of each month during January to May and September to November. Doors open at 7.00pm and all events start at 7.30pm prompt. With Residents, Floor Singers and a Booked Guest Artist on every occasion, there is always a warm welcome for new performers and audience members.\n
