Babergh District Councillors have elected the new Chairmen of its Committees for the next 12 months.
At a full Council meeting, held on April 20, Councillors voted for the following as Chairmen of their respective Committees:

Babergh District Council has learnt today (March 31) that its bid to secure Government money to refurbish the interior of the Hadleigh Swimming Pool building has been a success! As a result, the Pool’s changing rooms will soon be equipped with new cubicles, toilets, showers, seating and lockers – as well as new wall tiling.
