Conservative Club Bridge Club
The Annual General Meeting of the Conservative Club Bridge Club took place on Thursday 10th June 2010 The chairman and the Committee all agreed to serve a further year and were re-elected en bloc.

From Tuesday the 3rd of August to Saturday the 7th of August the Felixstowe Art Group will hold their 59th Art Exhibition at the Trinity Methodist church hall Orwell road opening from 10am each day
On the 3rd of August there will be an opening Ceremony with the Mayor and President at 10am The Exhibition will be the Felixstowe art groups 59th Annual Exhibition.

Our speaker in June was Mr.C.J.Parfitt who gave us a very interesting talk about his visit to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. The talk was illustrated with slides showing the towns and countryside including the many volcanoes, some of which are still active. There were also pictures of some of the unusual birds and other wildlife which are unafraid of people. Mr. Parfitt brought with him some woven cloths, scarves, rugs and waistcoats which were handmade in Ecuador.
